This technology leverages artificial intelligence to analyze contracts, extracting key information to support organizations in mitigating risk exposure to data privacy regulations such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), in the United States. The project encompasses custom AI models designed to discern 13 distinct insights/entities and 7 pivotal clauses, enabling the automatic interpretation and mapping of these clauses to formulate comprehensive data sharing and usage policies. These policies were stored in a repository and enforced through a data stewardship platform, facilitating a variety of downstream use cases. This technology is being used by notable global companies such as VISA and Johnson & Johnson. The value lies in its ability to transform complex legal language into actionable data policies, thereby enhancing compliance and operational efficiency. Additionally, the extracted data holds the potential to spawn innovative products, further driving value-added service revenue growth.
This technology specializes in transforming aged, historical documents with inconsistent formats into streamlined, digital data. The project adeptly handled contracts from the oil and gas industry spanning 1960 to 2020, including those that were scanned or in poor condition. By identifying and extracting essential information, it standardized content into a uniform format for efficient consolidation into a database. This process unlocked the potential for in-depth analysis, turning previously unstructured contract data into a buffet of actionable insights. Beyond oil and gas, this technology has the potential to impact how older and archived documents can be digitized, interpreted, and analyzed across various industries, offering a versatile tool for physical to digital data management.
This technology streamlines the contract negotiation process by employing a sophisticated matching algorithm that identifies relevant templates for contract comparison. It enables clause-level redlining, allowing for precise edits and adjustments. Utilizing a Tableau dashboard, users gained valuable insights into contract categories, the extent of redlining, and specific clause modifications. This integration of tools not only expedites the contract review process but also significantly diminishes human effort and the potential for errors, thereby augmenting overall contract management and compliance. The technology's value lies in its ability to accelerate contract negotiations while ensuring accuracy and reducing manual workload. Beyond contract review, this technology has potential applications in legal document analysis, compliance tracking, and automated report generation.
This innovative technology is an interactive chatbot designed to streamline the process of extracting vital information from extensive documents. This tool allows users to engage in a conversational interface with their documents, enabling them to swiftly pinpoint and retrieve the necessary data. This efficient solution is particularly beneficial in scenarios where time is of the essence, simplifying information retrieval and enhancing productivity. The value lies in its ability to transform time-consuming document review tasks into quick, interactive, and user-friendly experiences. Beyond data extraction, this technology has potential applications in areas such as customer service, where it can provide instant document-based answers, and in education for interactive learning materials. It would be particularly useful for individuals with dyslexia, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and other conditions that make reading more difficult.
This technology streamlines the process of understanding comprehensive documents by generating concise summaries and tailored insights, eliminating the need to read the entire text. Users can customize the depth of the summary and the nature of insights to fit their specific requirements. The value lies in its ability to save time and enhance comprehension efficiency. Additionally, this technology has potential applications in academic research, legal document analysis, and business intelligence.
